At Nature Health Pharmacy, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read this Return & Refunds Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Period
We accept return requests within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns may be considered if:
- The product does not match your order
- The product was damaged during delivery
- You received the wrong product
- The product is defective
Return Conditions
To ensure product safety and quality for all customers, we can only accept returns if:
- The product has not been used
- The product remains in its original condition
- The packaging and security seals are unopened
- Proof of purchase is provided
Non-Returnable Products
Due to hygiene and safety considerations, we are unable to accept returns for:
- Opened supplement bottles
- Products that have been used
- Promotional or clearance sale products
- Purchases made due to a change of mind
We greatly appreciate your understanding, as this policy helps us maintain the safety of all our customers.
How to Request a Return
Follow these steps:
- Email us at admin@naturehealth.com.my within 7 days.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the product.
- Briefly explain the issue you encountered.
Our team will review your request within 2–3 working days and inform you of the next steps. Please do not send any products back without confirmation from our team.
Shipping Costs
If the error is on our part, Nature Health Pharmacy will cover the return shipping costs in full. For other approved return cases, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Refund Process
Once the returned product has been received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- The refund will be issued through the original payment method.
We will notify you as soon as the process is complete.
